1. 2. With a second thread and a blunt needle, come up beside the anchoring stitch. Work from right to left. Slide the needle under the base line between each pair of legs, always from the same side, without touching the cloth. Go down at the far end.Другою ниткою й тупою голкою вийдіть поруч із закріпкою. Tips and common mistakesПоради й типові помилки

• Going through the cloth or splitting the base line: the wraps lock and stop lying smoothly. Use a tapestry needle.Голка проколює тканину або розщеплює нижню лінію: витки застрягають і не лягають рівно. Візьміть гобеленову голку.
• Catching a leg along with the base line: it is dragged sideways and the even spacing is lost.Разом із нижньою лінією підхоплено ніжку: вона тягнеться вбік, і рівні проміжки зникають.
